• To determine whether a project might require an EIA, an application will need to be made to the local planning authority, for a screening opinion.
• Moore Environment can provide guidance on the scope of early environmental investigations and assessment required, and a team to carry out the work

Environmental Statements, Environmental Co-ordination

• Should an Environmental Impact Assessment be required Moore Environment can provide an experienced team to carry out all the required surveys and assessments and prepare and produce the Environmental Statement, including addressing the local planning authority requirements.

Landscape and visual impact assessment

• Moore Environment carry out all landscape and visual impact assessments using experienced Chartered Landscape Architects, to include landscape value and visual sensitivity and can also produce all visual aids, such as photomontages.

Environmental Design & Management

• Bringing together all the strands to meet project commitments and requirements to provide holistic and sustainable solutions to the design, planning and management of the built and rural environment.
• Preparation of management plans to ensure design objectives, planning conditions and commitments are met and in accordance with client and stakeholder aspirations and budgets.

Landscape Architecture

• Design of hard or soft landscape aspects from concept to detail
• Development and production of contract drawings and documentation, tender procedures, contract award, contract management and administration during capital and maintenance phases
• Supervision of contractor and works on site.

Production of exhibition and presentation material, including photomontage

• Moore Environment has considerable experience in designing and producing technical and illustrative material for exhibitions, presentations and consultations, as large scale boards, handouts or reports, including photomontage.
